Santhipom Studios began as a question: what happens when you build from curiosity instead of formula? Everything we create is rooted in something real — a place traveled to, an experience collected, a conversation that sparked discovery.
The philosophy is simple, if not always easy — we listen first. We pay attention to what you can’t quite articulate, and we design until the end result feels entirely (and only) like you.

Every project is bespoke, but the work generally falls into three areas. We can take on one or weave them together:
A music industry executive by trade, I’ve always been drawn to beautiful things and to the alchemy of people, spaces, and places coming together. When the pandemic stripped away travel and the small daily encounters with beauty I’d built my life around, I turned to my hands. My work had always been cerebral; I wanted to make something I could hold. That instinct led me to complete a Diploma of Interior Design, and slowly, to build Santhipom.
The name is a Tamil word meaning “we will meet again” — an ode to my culture and a quiet belief that people are always returning to one another. It’s also become something of a promise in practice: the people I work with tend to come back.
I was born in Kuala Lumpur and shaped by life in four different cities, and I bring that layered perspective to everything I design. At the heart of it is a simple philosophy — that good hosting matters, and that the most resonant spaces are the ones built around memory, culture, and the people we gather close.
